Leonides Arellano hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. A collision led to Tebaida getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Benja Boñal hit a great ball. When Americo Pescaredo fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uaretpa's protests and gave Americo Pescaredo a yellow card for diving instead. Americo Pescaredo hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute Americo Pescaredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tonio Terres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Ronaldo Bermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garin Molledo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Igor Acuña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Christiano Varo. tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christiano Varo. made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Havier Urbina in the 34th minute of play. Tonio Terres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luix Lloreda in the 39th minute. Uaretpa's Luix Lloreda got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th match minute, Tebaida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benja Boñal to maneuver through the defense. If Luix Lloreda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Americo Pescaredo to make the kick off. Uaretpa's Christiano Varo. played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Acuña in the 62nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luix Lloreda in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tonio Terres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tonio Terres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luix Lloreda went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute, Eguntsenti Lombraña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Tebaida's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Pescaredo came free, but Tonio Terres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Havier Urbina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Christiano Varo. made a huge save. 85 minutes into the match, Igor Acuña dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Christiano Varo., 1-1. After having played for 91 minutes, Americo Pescaredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uaretpa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Pescaredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Uaretpa fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Uaretpa's Leonides Arellano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
