Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zeru Larrea got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Leiva FC's Asteri Ontanilla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evarado Busta. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Leiva FC's Vistruario Angles got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Zeru Larrea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17th play minutes Candido Sisquella shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Primo Ronda and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 20th match minute, Mechoincay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Basozabal to maneuver through the defense. If Ronaldinho Vivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeru Larrea in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Primo Ronda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guido Sans, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Candido Sisquella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Primo Ronda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primo Ronda didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mechoincay's Zeru Larrea shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. After a defensive mix-up in Leiva FC's zone, Candido Sisquella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primo Ronda came out of the goal and Candido Sisquella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Candido Sisquella took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Primo Ronda. Primo Ronda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Zeru Larrea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Primo Ronda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Leiva FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mechoincay were winning 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldinho Vivar to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Baldovino Ordas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leiva FC's Ourente Avecilla couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mechoincay. If Asteri Ontanilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bernard Ybañez fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mechoincay's protests and gave Bernard Ybañez a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes Mechoincay got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Ybañez. 60 minutes into the match, Mechoincay's goal looked a bit too open when Asteri Ontanilla came free, but Evarado Busta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Primo Ronda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeru Larrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Policarpio Luaces was shown his second yellow card after 74 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Asteri Ontanilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leiva FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asteri Ontanilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernard Ybañez hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Leiva FC's Ourente Avecilla couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mechoincay. Zeru Larrea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Asteri Ontanilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Evarado Busta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
