Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tamanare's Esiquio Villarin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tamanare's Udalaitz Cena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Tamanare from getting a goal against them. Xacintu Herenchun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Alberete in the 10th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Cuaquiri's Dario Suarbol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Udalaitz Cena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Esiquio Villarin made a precise shot to the right of Xacintu Herenchun. Cuaquiri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Cuaquiri's Xacintu Herenchun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esiquio Villarin in the 24th minute of play. In the 30th minute Dario Suarbol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Udalaitz Cena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Suarbol in the 34th minute of play forced Tamanare's goalkeeper Udalaitz Cena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 played minutes Cuaquiri got a freekick which was hit by Helder Cienfuegos. Iliana Bolimburu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Udalaitz Cena skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Helder Cienfuegos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Udalaitz Cena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dario Suarbol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tamanare's zone, Rosalio Arzola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Udalaitz Cena came out of the goal and Rosalio Arzola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dario Suarbol to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Dario Suarbol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Udalaitz Cena was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Iliana Bolimburu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Udalaitz Cena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Suarbol in the 60th minute of play. Udalaitz Cena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iliana Bolimburu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Onofre Longoria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dario Suarbol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tamanare's Ciano Penilla got a free kick in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the game, Iliana Bolimburu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Udalaitz Cena was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justino Alberete during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cuaquiri booed when Tamanare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Alberete didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Dario Suarbol made a precise shot to the right of Udalaitz Cena. Tamanare's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Iliana Bolimburu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Justino Alberetes short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Xacintu Herenchun to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Rosalio Arzola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cuaquiri walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
