Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateus Opazo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in The Walking Dead's zone, Enol Cacho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rozarius Boher came out of the goal and Enol Cacho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rozarius Boher made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Manni Barnechea sent off a good shot on target. After 15 played minutes The Walking Dead got a freekick which was hit by Panfilo Asencio. Mateus Opazo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rozarius Boher having to interfere. After a rather tough play, The Walking Dead's Panfilo Asencio got a free kick in the 25th minute. A collision led to The Walking Dead getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Panfilo Asencio hit a great ball. Manni Barnechea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rozarius Boher having to interfere. Mateus Opazo had several of the The Walking Dead's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 29 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Rozarius Boher as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 34th minute Ildefonso Olivan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rozarius Boher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateus Opazo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rozarius Boher having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateus Opazo in the 38th minute of play forced The Walking Dead's goalkeeper Rozarius Boher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Artieta charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Artieta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes The Walking Dead got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Artieta. Sonadora FC's Manni Barnechea got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bernardo Artieta made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Sonadora FC's Mateus Opazo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rozarius Boher made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Mateus Opazo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rozarius Boher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, The Walking Dead's Bernardo Artieta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pio Anuncibay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateus Opazo in the 73rd minute of play forced The Walking Dead's goalkeeper Rozarius Boher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Walking Dead's Bernardo Artieta got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th match minute, The Walking Dead was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Garmendia to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, The Walking Dead's goal looked a bit too open when Manni Barnechea came free, but Rozarius Boher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mateus Opazo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rozarius Boher was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Rozarius Boher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sonadora FC had won after a very even match.
