Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Etxekopar Galindo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Guitarras's Osoro Meldasgoas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sansone Jene in the 11th minute of play. In the 13thth minute of the game Demetrio Delatorre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Nacional's Cordearo Buscando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Guitarras's goalkeeper Osoro Meldasgoas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartoli Arriola. Bartoli Arriola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Demetrio Delatorre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bartoli Arriola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osoro Meldasgoas having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Atletico Nacional's Serapio Chartuni got a free kick in the 26th minute. Vitorino Leston's late challenge caught a Atletico Nacional's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vitorino Leston helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes Guitarras got a freekick which was hit by Vitorino Leston. Bartoli Arriola came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Osoro Meldasgoas could save by the left post. After 39 minutes Guitarras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ceferino Portero who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Atletico Nacional's corner Ceferino Portero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Osoro Meldasgoas quite easily take care of the ball. Eulalio Urioste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Osoro Meldasgoas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Demetrio Delatorre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guitarras's supporters rose to their feet, but Demetrio Delatorre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cordearo Buscando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sansone Jene to strike the kick off in the second half. Osoro Meldasgoas came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Nacional's Bartoli Arriola. But to his dismay, Bartoli Arriola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Atletico Nacional's Eulalio Urioste got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Bartoli Arriola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute Sansone Jene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osoro Meldasgoas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitorino Leston hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. If Sansone Jene had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Atletico Nacional booed when Guitarras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Lantaron didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Ceferino Portero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osoro Meldasgoas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Osoro Meldasgoas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sansone Jene in the 88th minute of play. Bartoli Arriola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
