Eloi Cia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernendo Tramarria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ezequiel Zamudio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Zornin Trianes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Araurio's Eloi Cia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitorino Casanande in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vitorino Casanande to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Pioureka FC's Eloi Cia threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vitorino Casanande, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zornin Trianes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Zamudio in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Pioureka FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Zamudio came free, but Zornin Trianes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lia Barrenechea charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lia Barrenechea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pioureka FC's Lia Barrenechea got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Fidele Casal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zornin Trianes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Pioureka FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Araurio:s goal. Hartz Zalvide walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Araurio's attack was well implemented in the 86th minute, but when Ezequiel Zamudio was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. After 89 minutes, Ramone Salcedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pioureka FC and the Araurio players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 90 played minutes Pioureka FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramone Salcedo. Zornin Trianes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidele Casal in the 92nd minute of play. Eloi Cia made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Fernendo Tramarria sent off a good shot on target. Fernendo Tramarria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eloi Cia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
