Zuriko Outon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xosepe Santillion in the 16th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Piramides got a freekick which was hit by Alex Inarraza. Ambrosio Lidon's late challenge caught a Arimaca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ambrosio Lidon helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Piramides got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Lidon. In the 23rd minute Peyo Homar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zuriko Outon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zuriko Outon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sadurni Bergas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quentin Saldaña blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ignacio Robira having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xosepe Santillion in the 31st minute of play forced Piramides's goalkeeper Zuriko Outon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 minutes, Nando Abellaneda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piramides and the Arimaca FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quentin Saldaña to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Quentin Saldaña left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piramides fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Arimaca FC's zone, Gavino Termiñoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignacio Robira came out of the goal and Gavino Termiñoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quentin Saldaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xian Mendaza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Zuriko Outon made a huge save. After 71 minutes of play, Piramides's Quentin Saldaña made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ignacio Robira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Quentin Saldaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute, Dimas Mera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piramides fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. A collision led to Piramides getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Ignacio Robira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. After some careless play in the Arimaca FC defense, Dimas Mera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacio Robira. The Arimaca FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacio Robira should have stopped the shot.
