Lauren Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joselito Carrero having to interfere. Dagoberto Machon struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Xayveon Magdaleno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jevila. Carbonal's Xayveon Magdaleno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Carbonal from getting a goal against them. Joselito Carrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oihenarte Mendana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jevila's Joselito Carrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oihenarte Mendana in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Carbonal booed when Jevila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viator Laine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dagoberto Machon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Xayveon Magdaleno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jevila's zone, Oihenarte Mendana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joselito Carrero came out of the goal and Oihenarte Mendana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Iratxo Astozas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Jevila booed when Carbonal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Ordax didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Balbin kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to Carbonal getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gaueko Font hit a great ball. The long shot by Bakar Aizpurua in the 41st minute really tested Xayveon Magdaleno's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Joselito Carrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauren Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. When Carbonal's Oihenarte Mendana in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jevila's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Oihenarte Mendana made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Carbonal were awarded a corner. Cordarryl Hesa went to the cornerflag to take it. Carbonal's Cordarryl Hesa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joselito Carrero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 56th minute, Lauren Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oihenarte Mendana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Joselito Carrero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dagoberto Machon came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Jevila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dagoberto Machon couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute Oihenarte Mendana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joselito Carrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xayveon Magdaleno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Machon, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dagoberto Machon in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xayveon Magdaleno saved Carbonal from getting behind. Iratxo Astozas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joselito Carrero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Oihenarte Mendana showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 74 minute of play. With a little luck, Jevila's Joselito Carrero got control of the ball when Lauren Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Carbonal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordarryl Hesa to maneuver through the defense. Bakar Aizpurua was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 81st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The Carbonal players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
