Gitano Surga scored 4-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romildo Helguero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gitano Surga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romildo Helguero having to interfere. Gitano Surga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gitano Surga did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 7-0 to the left of a surprised Romildo Helguero 35 minutes into the match. In the 39th play minute Gitano Surga came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Romildo Helguero. 8-0. Romildo Helguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bieito Pinilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Cañoneros club's goalkeeper Romildo Helguero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gitano Surga. Band On The Run! walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
