During the 57th minute of the match Guillerme Criales completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Guillerme Criales a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Policarpio Espriella put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Simon Segovia. Savion Porres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliz Chapa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the Hiüremberg FC defense, Beturian Villandiego kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feliz Chapa. The Hiüremberg FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliz Chapa should have stopped the shot.
