Bento Abouza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, Atletico Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Idacio Montecino came free, but Soter Lavega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of LOS MANCEBOS booed when Atletico Nacional was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zigor Malave didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Atletico Nacional's Soter Lavega got control of the ball when Phelipe Trincado tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Bento Abouza came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the LOS MANCEBOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bento Abouza couldn't finish the play. Idacio Montecino struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Soter Lavega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOS MANCEBOS. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Nacional's zone, Bento Abouza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Soter Lavega came out of the goal and Bento Abouza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zigor Malave kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Soter Lavega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phelipe Trincado in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match Felo Cotorro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Soter Lavega showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 61st minute, Cordario Sendeño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, LOS MANCEBOS's Anton Maruri got a free kick in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, LOS MANCEBOS's Idacio Montecino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Soter Lavega narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anton Maruri kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Cordario Sendeño took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ioritz Agreda. LOS MANCEBOS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Soter Lavega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Maruri in the 74th minute of play. Idacio Montecino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of LOS MANCEBOS booed when Atletico Nacional was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Vidarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Idacio Montecino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soter Lavega having to interfere. Diego Vidarte hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The LOS MANCEBOS fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when LOS MANCEBOS's Idacio Montecino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Soter Lavega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bento Abouza in the 92nd minute of play. Ioritz Agreda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anaya Villarmea, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. LOS MANCEBOS had played much better football throughout.
