Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cordara Mencia got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Roldanillo Gacel notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Deportivo Pereira's Ruben Asturias. Ruben Asturias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Cordara Mencia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Asturias was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Joaquin Ocouto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Lugardo having to interfere. Deportivo Pereira's Nisio Sanles managed to work through Panaderos's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Nisio Sanles dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Guillelme Olando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Aldo Lugardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Deportivo Pereira's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roldanillo Gacel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Deportivo Pereira's Ruben Asturias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordara Mencia in the 23rd minute of play. Cordara Mencia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ruben Asturias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aldo Lugardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Ocouto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gotzon Belber charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gotzon Belber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 34 minutes into the game, one of Panaderos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Marcos Calderona shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Aldo Lugardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquin Ocouto's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 41st match minute, Panaderos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Bargas to maneuver through the defense. When Locaio Astonzas fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panaderos's protests and gave Locaio Astonzas a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Panaderos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Deportivo Pereira. Marcos Calderona stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aldo Lugardo. 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guillelme Olando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Panaderos's goal looked a bit too open when Navarro Servicial came free, but Aldo Lugardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 63 minutes into the game, when Calvino Ser put in a rough tackle. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Deportivo Pereira! In the 65th minute there was a penalty for Panaderos. Gotzon Belber stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ruben Asturias. 2-1. With his leg Aldo Lugardo managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Deportivo Pereira's Cordara Illanas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ruben Asturias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roldanillo Gacel, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 76 played minutes Deportivo Pereira got a freekick which was hit by Romildo Carcedo. If Cordara Illanas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruben Asturias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roldanillo Gacel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cordara Mencia's late challenge caught a Deportivo Pereira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cordara Mencia helped the player get up and apologised. Roldanillo Gacel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Asturias having to interfere. Cordara Mencia struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Ruben Asturias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panaderos. Nisio Sanles charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nisio Sanles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Deportivo Pereira got a freekick which was hit by Nisio Sanles. If Roldanillo Gacel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panaderos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
