América de Cali's supporters rose to their feet, but Lauren Urtuuste was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Estevez Langayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute, Orlandus Rozano made a precise shot to the right of Rainerio Creus.
