Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rene Torrens was the one to do the kick off. Zernin Mansilla came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tomas's Ysmael Rosich. But to his dismay, Ysmael Rosich quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Zernin Mansilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Torrens in the 57th minute of the match. Zernin Mansilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Torrens in the 59th minute of play. Sindo Lacle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zernin Mansilla having to interfere. If Sindo Lacle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Torrens in the 72nd minute of play forced La Peña FC's goalkeeper Zernin Mansilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th match minute, La Peña FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Gobeo to maneuver through the defense.
