Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frances Ulloa took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Frances Ulloa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Essence booed when Covenitas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javiero Yzarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elija Tarabejano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baiardo Paradelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Essence getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Timoteo Castorena hit a great ball. The supporters of Covenitas FC booed when Essence was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Castorena didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Goiz Arada put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mikelar Villamarin. If Baiardo Paradelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Montel Graells came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Covenitas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Montel Graells couldn't finish the play. With his leg Mikelar Villamarin managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Covenitas FC's Javiero Yzarra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Montel Graells sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Essence's zone, Goiz Arada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikelar Villamarin came out of the goal and Goiz Arada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Essence's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Bedes came free, but Mikelar Villamarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Covenitas FC's Montel Graells got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikelar Villamarin came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Covenitas FC's Goiz Arada. But to his dismay, Goiz Arada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 45 minutes, Javiero Yzarra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Covenitas FC and the Essence players grew even worse after the yellow card. Javiero Yzarra hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Ulises Cecilia hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Frances Ulloa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elija Tarabejano having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Montel Graells was the one to do the kick off. If Goiz Arada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute Goiz Arada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikelar Villamarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Essence's Timoteo Castorena got a free kick in the 60th minute. The audience was convinced that Montel Graells's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mikelar Villamarin was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Covenitas FC's Elija Tarabejano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Covenitas FC from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Essence's goal looked a bit too open when Goiz Arada came free, but Mikelar Villamarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baiardo Paradelo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Elija Tarabejano made a huge save. Essence's Mikelar Villamarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Goiz Arada in the 71st minute of play. After 72 played minutes Essence got a freekick which was hit by Senin Villatreses. In the 73rd minute Goiz Arada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikelar Villamarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Covenitas FC's Elija Tarabejano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Covenitas FC from getting a goal against them. Javiero Yzarra got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. If Baiardo Paradelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Goiz Arada came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Covenitas FC fans jumped to their feet. Baiardo Paradelo took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elija Tarabejano. Elija Tarabejano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. A collision led to Essence getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Timoteo Castorena hit a great ball.
