Ted Rael took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Silvino Sobrado. ATP World Tour's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, ATP World Tour's Clemente Plasencia got a free kick in the 9th minute. Mikel Cadaval blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvino Sobrado having to make a save. 14 minutes into the match, ATP World Tour's goal looked a bit too open when Mikel Cadaval came free, but Silvino Sobrado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikel Cadaval in the 16th minute of play forced ATP World Tour's goalkeeper Silvino Sobrado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mikel Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Balendin Amundarain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvino Sobrado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabricio Alaña got free with Xarles Balbanea in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xarles Balbanea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Zumarraga in the 25th minute of the match. Hermon Traveso hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, Ventaquemada FC's Balendin Amundarain nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvino Sobrado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATP World Tour's goalkeeper Silvino Sobrado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ventaquemada FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ted Rael in the 38th minute. If Mikel Cadaval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balendin Amundarain's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvino Sobrado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Mikel Cadaval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Ventaquemada FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leo Zumarraga was the one to do the kick off. Mikel Cadaval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvino Sobrado having to interfere. Silvino Sobrado was a little too slow when Mikel Cadaval got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-3. Eulalio Coro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Ted Rael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ventaquemada FC's Xarles Balbanea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Zumarraga in the 66th minute of play. Xarles Balbanea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Zumarraga in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Fabricio Alaña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Mikel Cadaval fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cedro Serra during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ventaquemada FC booed when ATP World Tour was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cedro Serra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvino Sobrado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikel Cadaval in the 76th minute of the match. A collision led to ATP World Tour getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cedro Serra hit a great ball. Cedro Serra was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to ATP World Tour getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Leo Zumarraga hit a great ball. If Balendin Amundarain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the game, Mikel Cadaval recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvino Sobrado. Mikel Cadaval showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Mikel Cadaval took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Silvino Sobrado to make any attempt to save it. Ventaquemada FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
