With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berbiz Menocal in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liberto Aleman saved Gibraltar FC from getting behind. Liberto Aleman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ximenes Mendez in the 7th minute of play. If Bruno Pilas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Zelipe Martijana had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Meendez Castañiza charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Meendez Castañiza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 16 minutes, Berbiz Menocal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Varsovia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berbiz Menocal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Liberto Aleman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ximenes Mendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. When Varsovia FC's Ximenes Mendez in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Liberto Aleman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berbiz Menocal in the 33rd minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eustacio Tejerizo to make the kick off. Liberto Aleman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ximenes Mendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Ximenes Mendez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liberto Aleman having to interfere. Ximenes Mendez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Liberto Aleman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gibraltar FC's Muc Estancion got a free kick in the 68th minute. Liberto Aleman acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Feliberto Bolivar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ximenes Mendez in the 73rd minute of play forced Gibraltar FC's goalkeeper Liberto Aleman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boniel Iribarne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Tejerizo in the 77th minute of the match. With his leg Liberto Aleman managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Varsovia FC's Berbiz Menocal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Boniel Iribarne came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Gibraltar FC's Eustacio Tejerizo. But to his dismay, Eustacio Tejerizo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 96th minute Ximenes Mendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liberto Aleman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
