Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Roi Goya made the kick off and thus started the match. Libertadores's Transito Labrada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Amocia in the 3rd minute of play. After 3 played minutes Libertadores got a freekick which was hit by Enmanuel Figueira. Sindo Astozas in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Santio Bermejo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 13th minute of the game. One of Peralon:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Libertadores:s goal. The goalkeeper, Santio Bermejo, was totally fooled by Libertadores's Ambrosio Vigil, who 14 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 1-1 became the score in the 21st minute when Dario Amocia elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Sindo Astozas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Libertadores's supporters rose to their feet, but Sindo Astozas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santio Bermejo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Amocia in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Transito Labrada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lino Varas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Transito Labrada having to interfere. After 37 minutes, Mendebal Valverde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peralon and the Libertadores players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Libertadores booed when Peralon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mendebal Valverde didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Varas in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Transito Labrada saved Libertadores from getting behind. When Enmanuel Figueira was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. A collision led to Libertadores getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Enmanuel Figueira hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Lino Varas notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Libertadores's Transito Labrada. Transito Labrada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Dario Amocia made the kick off in the second half. Transito Labrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Amocia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Omar Lomas's late challenge caught a Libertadores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omar Lomas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th minute, Omar Lomas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ambrosio Vigil was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Libertadores getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Xizavier Leizaur hit a great ball. When Sindo Astozas came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Libertadores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sindo Astozas couldn't finish the play. Sindo Astozas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santio Bermejo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sindo Astozas in the 71st minute of play forced Peralon's goalkeeper Santio Bermejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Libertadores's zone, Lino Varas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Transito Labrada came out of the goal and Lino Varas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dario Amocia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sindo Astozas kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Transito Labrada made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Henry Muñiz sent off a good shot on target. Libertadores's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
