An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Bartolome in the 3rd minute of play forced Chuntillal's goalkeeper Eron Narez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cordareo Goicoechea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskitz Recino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bento Valer in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eron Narez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Oskitz Recino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordareo Goicoechea having to interfere. After 19 played minutes, Chuntillal's Napier Eureste shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cordareo Goicoechea came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chuntillal reached it. Aaron Pedronera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Chuntillal's Otsoko Nadal got a free kick in the 25th minute. Aaron Pedronera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordareo Goicoechea having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Tenay's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Pedronera came free, but Cordareo Goicoechea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eron Narez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Bartolome in the 29th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urdaspal Nobal during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chuntillal booed when Tenay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urdaspal Nobal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cordareo Goicoechea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Pedronera, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Birila Recasens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aaron Pedronera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordareo Goicoechea having to interfere. Tenay's Urdaspal Nobal got his second yellow card of the match in the 40th minute. The referee ordered Urdaspal Nobal off the ground. Urdaspal Nobal hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Cordareo Goicoechea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Pedronera went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The Tenay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chuntillal were winning 0-1.
Cordareo Goicoechea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oskitz Recino in the 51st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Aaron Pedronera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chuntillal's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Pedronera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cordareo Goicoechea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bento Valer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aaron Pedronera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cordareo Goicoechea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iker Bartolome during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 63 minutes into the match, Aaron Pedronera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cordareo Goicoechea. Tenay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Pedronera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With a little luck, Tenay's Cordareo Goicoechea got control of the ball when Aaron Pedronera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aaron Pedronera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cordareo Goicoechea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75thth minute of the game Bento Valer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chuntillal's Eron Narez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eron Narez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bento Valer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Oskitz Recino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cordareo Goicoechea, passed just outside the right post. Chumo Viguera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Bento Valer notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Chuntillal's Eron Narez. Eron Narez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 87 played minutes Tenay got a freekick which was hit by Iker Bartolome. Aaron Pedronera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gumaro Escandàn's late challenge caught a Chuntillal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gumaro Escandàn helped the player get up and apologised. Gumaro Escandàn hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Tenay defense, Aaron Pedronera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cordareo Goicoechea. The Tenay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cordareo Goicoechea should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Chuntillal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tenay throughout the match.
