Restripo's Magdaleno Villandiego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mergildo Sarri in the 4th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Mergildo Sarri took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Magdaleno Villandiego to make any attempt to save it. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Grabiel Arbulo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Oro Olvera almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Restripo's Magdaleno Villandiego did a great save. Juteterrain's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
