Cordeal Mocellar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osoro Gayoso in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute Gipuzkoa Ascarretazabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordeal Mocellar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Emanuel Cañas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cordeal Mocellar was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Cordeal Mocellar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osoro Gayoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Herminio Castelao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazuste Abuleta in the 9th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Barrigones FC got a freekick which was hit by Argenis Cerezo. When Cabrales FC's Osoro Gayoso in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barrigones FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Barrigones FC's Bittor Lucas got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Osoro Gayoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrigones FC's Cordeal Mocellar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Emanuel Cañas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cordeal Mocellar. Xzavier Adurza charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xzavier Adurza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cabrales FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Xzavier Adurza hit a great ball. In the 36th match minute, Cabrales FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bembe Goitia to maneuver through the defense. Xzavier Adurza got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 36 minutes into the game, one of Cabrales FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dacio Tipular placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 44 minutes into the match, Cabrales FC's Osoro Gayoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cordeal Mocellar narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Barrigones FC's Azeari Lizano got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Mazuste Abuleta came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Barrigones FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mazuste Abuleta couldn't finish the play. Mazuste Abuleta charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mazuste Abuleta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Barrigones FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Mazuste Abuleta hit a great ball. Gaspar Madrid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Osoro Gayoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordeal Mocellar having to interfere. Herminio Castelao didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bittor Lucas went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. If Ioritz Carbajal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Cabrales FC's Gaspar Madrid slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cordeal Mocellar. That made the score 1-4 after 82 minutes of play. Barrigones FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Osoro Gayoso scored to the left of an out of position Cordeal Mocellar, making the score, 1-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cabrales FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
