Aureliano Armenta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Cayo Almeida hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Meder Lezama from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Lesardo Ageitos's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Aureliano Armenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lesardo Ageitos having to interfere. BLOOD FOR MERCY's Lesardo Ageitos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save BLOOD FOR MERCY from getting a goal against them. Elia Mera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Honrio Cavazos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Majestics FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brais Cerdeiras came free, but Honrio Cavazos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Brais Cerdeiras managed to get in a good position for a shot. BLOOD FOR MERCY's supporters rose to their feet, but Brais Cerdeiras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honrio Cavazos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lesardo Yzarra got free with Lesardo Ageitos in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aureliano Armenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lesardo Ageitos having to interfere. Lesardo Yzarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Lesardo Ageitos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atauri Casasola's late challenge caught a BLOOD FOR MERCY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brais Cerdeiras to strike the kick off in the second half. BLOOD FOR MERCY's Cayo Almeida was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Honrio Cavazos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Brais Cerdeiras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th match minute, Majestics FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atauri Casasola to maneuver through the defense. Elia Mera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honrio Cavazos having to interfere. If Elia Mera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Majestics FC's Pirro Izarra got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Lesardo Ageitos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lesardo Yzarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elia Mera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honrio Cavazos having to interfere. Lesardo Ageitos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Armenta in the 94th minute of play. Honrio Cavazos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brais Cerdeiras's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Majestics FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
