Spectators: 7554 (Terracing: 5667, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chan Miel took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes, Bucaramanga's Barros Novo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Txilar Urraburu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bucaramanga reached it. After 4 minutes, Tonete Bayo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sport United and the Bucaramanga players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes Sport United got a freekick which was hit by Tonete Bayo. If Chan Miel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Txilar Gordo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Sport United's Chan Miel got a free kick in the 13th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Bucaramanga's Osoitz Taran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Txilar Urraburu. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. In the 22nd minute, Matei Acenero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Txilar Urraburu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignado Envito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Txilar Urraburu made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Osoitz Taran sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute, Matei Acenero fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Bucaramanga's Ignado Envito suffered a sore knee after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Tonete Bayo was shown his second yellow card after 41 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osoitz Taran in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Txilar Urraburu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matei Acenero made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Txilar Gordo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Txilar Urraburu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matei Acenero in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bucaramanga's Barros Novo got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bucaramanga's goalkeeper Marcelino Pedrosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Matei Acenero came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Bucaramanga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matei Acenero couldn't finish the play. Matei Acenero struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Txilar Urraburu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bucaramanga. After having played for 86 minutes, Matei Acenero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bucaramanga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matei Acenero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Bucaramanga players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
