Tonio Achutegui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Vinas in the 15th minute of the match. Lamatilde's Ximun Malburgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marz Sedeño in the 18th minute of play. A hard shot 19 in the game by Gilesindo Endaya from a close distance when the talented Tonio Achutegui managed to make a qualified save. PARGOL's players were relieved. In the 23rd minute, Victorino Vinas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilesindo Endaya who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Tonio Achutegui when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ximun Malburgo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of PARGOL booed when Lamatilde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Vinas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Indartsu Jamilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ximun Malburgo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half PARGOL were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victorino Vinas made a kick off. After a rather tough play, PARGOL's Americo Falcon got a free kick in the 51st minute. Marz Sedeño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ximun Malburgo having to interfere. PARGOL's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
