Braulio Govantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macario Larrinoa having to interfere. Israel Tigero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruy Morante in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, PALU ALTO F.C.'s Savion Salbago sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Israel Tigero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Macario Larrinoa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emenon Godines went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braulio Govantes to make the kick off. Macario Larrinoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Braulio Govantes's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. When Braulio Govantes came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Montefrio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Govantes couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Braulio Govantes in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Macario Larrinoa saved PALU ALTO F.C. from getting behind.
