A collision led to Tomasinos FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Renato Beamud hit a great ball. Marcones Alguea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yago Almazan in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yago Almazan in the 35th minute of play forced Tomasinos FC's goalkeeper Marcones Alguea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franco Ruberte might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcones Alguea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franco Ruberte ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Marcones Alguea managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Ballet azul's Yago Almazan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Tomasinos FC's Cutberto Candano got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Franco Ruberte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yago Almazan to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Yago Almazan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcones Alguea was relentless in the 56th minute of the game.
