Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paquito Ucieda kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vimaro Mendialdura in the 9th minute of play forced Chihot's goalkeeper Lisandro Prabes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Xuoco Eradi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lisandro Prabes was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Vimaro Mendialdura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Prabes having to interfere. When Frasco Vidal came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Conto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frasco Vidal couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute Marcos Ozores collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. After 18 minutes, Cortez Montesinos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chihot and the Conto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Conto FC made a substitution. Jesco Bebias replaced Marcos Ozores. After 20 played minutes Chihot got a freekick which was hit by Cortez Montesinos. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Xuoco Eradi put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lisandro Prabes. Lisandro Prabes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleazar Ubago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gregorio Farto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Conto FC's Xuoco Eradi in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chihot's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Vimaro Mendialdura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Conto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vimaro Mendialdura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lisandro Prabes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eleazar Ubago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xuoco Eradi to strike the kick off in the second half. Eleazar Ubago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Prabes having to interfere. Eleazar Ubago might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lisandro Prabes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eleazar Ubago ran back to his position shaking his head. Vimaro Mendialdura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xuoco Eradi in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lisandro Prabes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gregorio Farto struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Lisandro Prabes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Conto FC. After having played for 72 minutes, Eleazar Ubago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Conto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eleazar Ubago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eleazar Ubago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Lisandro Prabes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 77 minutes, Jesco Bebias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Conto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesco Bebias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paquito Ucieda struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Fanuco Mensa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chihot. Conto FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
