Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gai Urquiola started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as California's Ixaka Ubilla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Heitor Queto. That made the score 2-0 after 7 minutes of play. Rico Capellan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natal Lloreda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heitor Queto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ixaka Ubilla in the 15th minute of play. 3-0 became the score in the 16th minute when Fidencio Navarro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 27th minute, one of Arenas FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Arenas FC. Heitor Queto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gai Urquiola, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. With a little luck, Arenas FC's Heitor Queto got control of the ball when Fidencio Navarro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Arenas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Pelaci to maneuver through the defense. Ixaka Ubilla kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karlo Reve stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fidencio Navarro succeeded in the game's 51st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. 55 minutes into the game, Gai Urquiola cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Heitor Queto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 60 minutes into the match, Justino Candia notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Arenas FC's Heitor Queto. Heitor Queto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Heitor Queto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Candia in the 68th minute of play. If Karlo Reve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the match, Arenas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Candia came free, but Heitor Queto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gai Urquiola scored 8-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Heitor Queto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Heitor Queto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gai Urquiola, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Heitor Queto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidencio Navarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arenas FC's Heitor Queto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidencio Navarro in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Karlo Reve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rico Capellan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karlo Reve in the 91st minute. 91 minutes into the game, Ixaka Ubilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. California's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arenas FC the free kick. Rico Capellan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natal Lloreda in the 94th minute of play. California were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
