In the 4th minute, Pedro Hordas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruben Pipa kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Pedro Hordas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Hordas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Hordas in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Colon Cardenas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Quirce Bances fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colon Cardenas having to interfere. When Pedro Hordas came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the VARGAS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Hordas couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute, Precioso Herruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, VARGAS FC's Cugat Coque got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Ramon Vana's late challenge caught a Monirote FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ramon Vana helped the player get up and apologised. When Cugat Coque fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VARGAS FC's protests and gave Cugat Coque a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Monirote FC booed when VARGAS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cugat Coque didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ruben Pipa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Monirote FC's zone, Quirce Bances stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Colon Cardenas came out of the goal and Quirce Bances tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quirce Bances who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 48thth minute tested the skills of Colon Cardenas when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Hordas to strike the kick off in the second half. Quirce Bances received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Colon Cardenas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th match minute, Monirote FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Precioso Herruz to maneuver through the defense. Quirce Bances's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Colon Cardenas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. If Vellito Alborja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Pedro Hordas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cugat Coque was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. In the 65th minute, Cugat Coque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colon Cardenas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Vana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Monirote FC's zone, Pedro Hordas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Colon Cardenas came out of the goal and Pedro Hordas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Feo Espelz's late challenge caught a VARGAS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 79th minute of the match Antonio Bultron sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Colon Cardenas skillfully saved the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Monirote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Hordas came free, but Colon Cardenas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Quirce Bances had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramon Vana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Colon Cardenas having to make a save. In the 90th minute, Pedro Hordas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Monirote FC's Colon Cardenas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Hordas in the 91st minute of play. Vellito Alborja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Zxavian Baul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Colon Cardenas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Hordas in the 97th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
