Sagrario Husarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Franco Canadiense's zone, Baldomiro Aujea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nalo Cañedo came out of the goal and Baldomiro Aujea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomiro Aujea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Nalo Cañedo made a huge save. Franco Canadiense's Nalo Cañedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Franco Canadiense from getting a goal against them. Francisco Burgoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sagrario Husarte in the 29th minute of play forced Franco Canadiense's goalkeeper Nalo Cañedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franco Canadiense's Francisco Burgoa got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 35 played minutes Franco Canadiense got a freekick which was hit by Gudesteo Inchausti. Sagrario Husarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nalo Cañedo having to interfere. If Sagrario Husarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nalo Cañedo made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Baldomiro Aujea sent off a good shot on target. Cheche Regalado charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cheche Regalado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Franco Canadiense's Cheche Regalado got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sagrario Husarte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sagrario Husarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nalo Cañedo having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cresenciano Santillan during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes Rangers got a freekick which was hit by Cresenciano Santillan. The supporters of Rangers booed when Franco Canadiense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luzea Yurrita didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Aujea in the 58th minute of play forced Franco Canadiense's goalkeeper Nalo Cañedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Burgoa couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Burgoa in the 69th minute of play forced Rangers's goalkeeper Urtungo Paiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Aujea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eladio Guete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Cresenciano Santillan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Sagrario Husarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nalo Cañedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urtungo Paiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Burgoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rangers's Sagrario Husarte got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eladio Guete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urtungo Paiz having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rangers had won after a very even match.
