After a defensive mix-up in Ansermanueva FC's zone, Kimetz Melo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raymon Horduña came out of the goal and Kimetz Melo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Regis Caseda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Raymon Horduña stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kimetz Melo's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Leopoldo Vozmediana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ansermanueva FC's goalkeeper Raymon Horduña, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Denis Reguer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oinatz Vilela in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orzaize Sigler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 39 played minutes Ansermanueva FC got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Sousa. If Kimetz Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Reguer struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Orzaize Sigler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ansermanueva FC. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
