Potoinchon FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zayvius Gandarillas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Llanos Labarra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Vicente Basante when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

If Llanos Labarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Basante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celio Pelegrina in the 55th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Llanos Labarra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Basante was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Celio Pelegrina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Basante having to interfere. The supporters of Potoinchon FC booed when Razor F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Cadimo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Montae Chanza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Potoinchon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Montae Chanza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Basante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Basante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Llanos Labarra, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Manny Vinambres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Basante having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Razor F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
