When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Hurko Rebustillo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lawrence Ron. Froylan Morelle struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Lawrence Ron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manlonia FC. The Manlonia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Quilo Reyna's late challenge caught a Mangagrande FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quilo Reyna helped the player get up and apologised. Quilo Reyna kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Hurko Rebustillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lawrence Ron having to interfere. In the 44th minute Quilo Reyna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Ron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliu Moneo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Froylan Morelle made a kick off. Mangagrande FC's Bixintxo Isasaga pulled a muscle in his back after 57 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Jorge Colomes charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Colomes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Manlonia FC's Jorge Colomes got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute of the match Iturri Tijerina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dabi Villacorta showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Manlonia FC's Froylan Morelle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lawrence Ron narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Hurko Rebustillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Maiorga Tofiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iturri Tijerina kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes, Manlonia FC's Cerilo Loranca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lawrence Ron came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manlonia FC reached it. A collision led to Mangagrande FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Maiorga Tofiño hit a great ball. Lawrence Ron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hurko Rebustillo in the 76th minute. Precioso Ameztoy kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Froylan Morelle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manlonia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Froylan Morelle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lawrence Ron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Hurko Rebustillo made a precise shot to the right of Lawrence Ron. Mangagrande FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The supporters of Manlonia FC booed when Mangagrande FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maiorga Tofiño didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hurko Rebustillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lawrence Ron having to make a save. Hurko Rebustillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lawrence Ron having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Manlonia FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
