Spectators: 6749 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1749, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. The tension between the LEGONZ FC and the Sampues FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, Adriano Mujal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, LEGONZ FC's Adriano Mujal got a free kick in the 7th minute. Isidor Suarez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Servando Borines could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Afonso Jerena made a huge save. If Fernendo Cascales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaitano Betancia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gaitano Betancia came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Sampues FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaitano Betancia couldn't finish the play. Oxel Balli kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, LEGONZ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernendo Cascales to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute Raphael Neira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santxol Caldevilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernendo Cascales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santxol Caldevilla having to interfere. If Fernendo Cascales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Sotomayor charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Sotomayor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sampues FC's Ciro Sotomayor got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Santxol Caldevilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernendo Cascales in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raphael Neira to make the kick off. When Onbera Quetara fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LEGONZ FC's protests and gave Onbera Quetara a yellow card for diving instead. Onbera Quetara hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After having played for 52 minutes, Servando Borines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sampues FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Servando Borines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Servando Borines in the 60th minute of play forced LEGONZ FC's goalkeeper Afonso Jerena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Servando Borines struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Afonso Jerena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sampues FC. The audience was convinced that Gaitano Betancia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonso Jerena was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Afonso Jerena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaitano Betancia, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Servando Borines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Jerena having to interfere. LEGONZ FC's Afonso Jerena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Servando Borines in the 71st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliseo Gaona during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Oxel Balli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santxol Caldevilla having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Raphael Neira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LEGONZ FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raphael Neira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Fernendo Cascales got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the LEGONZ FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sampues FC.
