Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristofor Bonifaz took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oskarbi Perero to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oskarbi Perero in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helder Boliaga saved Barranquilla from getting behind. Dayam Babiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quinten Yaner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th match minute, Barranquilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Beteta to maneuver through the defense. Harri Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harri Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, Fondas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harri Rubio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Barranquilla's zone, Oskarbi Perero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Helder Boliaga came out of the goal and Oskarbi Perero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavio Vilar got free with Dayam Babiano in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 90 minutes, Oskarbi Perero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fondas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oskarbi Perero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fondas had played much better football throughout.
