The audience thought a goal was coming when Elorri Terjida got free with Evarado Armijo in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enzo Maldonado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Txurio Archuleta struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Evarado Armijo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Cracks. 28 minutes into the game, Asier Gormaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Cracks's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave América the free kick. In the 28th minute, Asier Gormaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes, América's Etxahun Cedron shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cordarin Cuadrillero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in América reached it. Enzo Maldonado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordarin Cuadrillero having to interfere. After 35 played minutes Deportivo Cracks got a freekick which was hit by Ranolfo Lopes. Cordarin Cuadrillero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francesco Villaseñor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francesco Villaseñor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordarin Cuadrillero having to interfere. Cordarin Cuadrillero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Maldonado in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, América's Enzo Maldonado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cordarin Cuadrillero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Deportivo Cracks getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Bakar Valladolid hit a great ball. In the 49th minute, Etxahun Cedron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half América were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francesco Villaseñor made a kick off. If Enzo Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Maldonado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordarin Cuadrillero having to interfere. Cloyo Bodes hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If Elorri Terjida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evarado Armijo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Araoz Avina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francesco Villaseñor in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cordarin Cuadrillero saved Deportivo Cracks from getting behind. Enzo Maldonado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Cordarin Cuadrillero made a huge save. América's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Etxahun Cedron in the 83rd minute. Etxahun Cedron made a great header on América's corner, it was just that Deportivo Cracks's Cordarin Cuadrillero managed to reach the ball for a save. Oscar Digon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute.
