Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aurelio Martinez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aurelio Martinez struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Ismael Neses didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marirop. Ismael Neses didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 5th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Fresco Potes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martxot Valencina in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Marirop's Aurelio Martinez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Fresco Potes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo-Enrique Arozamena, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 23 played minutes Marirop got a freekick which was hit by Chucho Pellicer. Martxot Valencina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Martxot Valencina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fresco Potes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 29th minute Aurelio Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Neses saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes of play, Marirop's Txatxu Velandia made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael Neses was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 35th minute, Marirop's Aurelio Martinez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. After 40 played minutes Marirop got a freekick which was hit by Esiquio Bargues. Txatxu Velandia struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Ismael Neses didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marirop. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martxot Valencina to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Txatxu Velandia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marirop's supporters rose to their feet, but Txatxu Velandia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Neses breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Otsando Colunga during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Tapitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otsando Colunga to maneuver through the defense. Txatxu Velandia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Pablo-Enrique Arozamena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Marirop's Urtun Tristan got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tapitas FC's zone, Txatxu Velandia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Neses came out of the goal and Txatxu Velandia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ismael Neses made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Martinez in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Marirop was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esiquio Bargues to maneuver through the defense. Fresco Potes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martxot Valencina in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Marirop's goal looked a bit too open when Martxot Valencina came free, but Fresco Potes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Txatxu Velandia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hug Renta kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Txatxu Velandia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tapitas FC's Ismael Neses was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Tapitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Martinez came free, but Ismael Neses reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Txatxu Velandia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martxot Valencina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pablo-Enrique Arozamena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fresco Potes having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martxot Valencina in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fresco Potes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tapitas FC's Ismael Neses played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Martinez in the 88th minute of play. Ismael Neses didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Txatxu Velandia went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Marirop had played much better football throughout.
