Freddy Echavarria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo-Enrique Arozamena, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Xines Larramendi got his second yellow card in the match during the 22nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of C.Atletico Nacional booed when Tapitas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xines Larramendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute Pablo-Enrique Arozamena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Echavarria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, Tapitas FC's Pablo-Enrique Arozamena made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Freddy Echavarria was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Pablo-Enrique Arozamena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otsando Colunga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paio Molledo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pablo-Enrique Arozamena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 57 in the game by Pablo-Enrique Arozamena from a close distance when the talented Freddy Echavarria managed to make a qualified save. C.Atletico Nacional's players were relieved. Freddy Echavarria was a little too slow when Martxot Valencina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-5. Xantalen Murias charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xantalen Murias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tapitas FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Xantalen Murias hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Martxot Valencina made a precise shot to the right of Freddy Echavarria. C.Atletico Nacional's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Pablo-Enrique Arozamena who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Freddy Echavarria when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 76th minute, Hug Renta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, Pablo-Enrique Arozamena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Otsando Colunga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tapitas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Otsando Colunga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With a little luck, C.Atletico Nacional's Freddy Echavarria got control of the ball when Pablo-Enrique Arozamena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pablo-Enrique Arozamena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Echavarria having to interfere. Tapitas FC played a much better game than C.Atletico Nacional and deserved their victory. The C.Atletico Nacional players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
