Gaudencio Urre started the match with the kick off. With splendid footwork Gaudencio Urre arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 3rd minute. In the 6th minute Lisandro Eriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaizkine Sufiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaudencio Urre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Gaizkine Sufiria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guido Uja scored 2-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xavon Greña, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Wolfsburg FC's zone, Xalvador Dicastillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavon Greña came out of the goal and Xalvador Dicastillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 played minutes, Wolfsburg FC's Normando Olavarria shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaizkine Sufiria came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wolfsburg FC reached it. Xalvador Dicastillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xavon Greña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guido Uja went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute, Criston Escola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Wladyslaw Piechna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolfsburg FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wladyslaw Piechna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaizkine Sufiria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gaizkine Sufiria came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Wolfsburg FC's Gaudencio Urre. But to his dismay, Gaudencio Urre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Polar FC's zone, Gaudencio Urre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaizkine Sufiria came out of the goal and Gaudencio Urre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salvador Bras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Polar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Urre came free, but Gaizkine Sufiria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wolfsburg FC's goalkeeper Xavon Greña, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Gaudencio Urre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolfsburg FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaudencio Urre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaizkine Sufiria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the game, Wolfsburg FC's Wladyslaw Piechna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaizkine Sufiria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Wolfsburg FC's Cesar Talaga quite brazenly broke a throw-in by German Larrave, made in the 67th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 5-2 when Gaudencio Urre sped through Polar FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gaizkine Sufiria. Gaizkine Sufiria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Bras in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Urre in the 85th minute of play forced Polar FC's goalkeeper Gaizkine Sufiria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Lisandro Eriz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolfsburg FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Eriz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
