Spectators: 6767 (Terracing: 5021, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 14) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Feliz Urbilla kicked off to start the match. Gonchan Doñez scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ximenes Aguinagalde, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 7th minute Obeko Carreras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Torga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Saetas avivate's zone, Gonchan Doñez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ximenes Aguinagalde came out of the goal and Gonchan Doñez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Feliz Urbilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ximenes Aguinagalde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ximenes Aguinagalde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliz Urbilla's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Ximenes Aguinagalde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonchan Doñez in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Bero Brieba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menchinquejo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bero Brieba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dantel Iruegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonchan Doñez might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ximenes Aguinagalde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gonchan Doñez ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonchan Doñez in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ximenes Aguinagalde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bero Brieba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ximenes Aguinagalde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Diego Torga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dantel Iruegas in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dantel Iruegas was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Menchinquejo FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Presebal Valero hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Vistruario Alonso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diego Torga skillfully saved the ball. In the 60th match minute, Saetas avivate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loiola Quizan to maneuver through the defense. Diego Torga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loiola Quizan in the 62nd minute of play. Saetas avivate's Loiola Quizan got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 72 played minutes Saetas avivate got a freekick which was hit by Obeko Carreras. Menchinquejo FC's Feliz Urbilla got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gonchan Doñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ximenes Aguinagalde having to interfere. Ximenes Aguinagalde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonchan Doñez in the 79th minute. Saetas avivate's Ximenes Aguinagalde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliz Urbilla in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Saetas avivate's goalkeeper Ximenes Aguinagalde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonchan Doñez. Saetas avivate's Ximenes Aguinagalde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Saetas avivate from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Gonchan Doñez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Menchinquejo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonchan Doñez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ximenes Aguinagalde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Menchinquejo FC played a much better game than Saetas avivate and deserved their victory. The Saetas avivate players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
