But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Lormendez couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute, Carolo Lormendez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cumaralito FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Lormendez in the 33rd minute of play forced Jogo Bonito's goalkeeper Emenon Nobal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute of the game Kusko Velo made a throw-in which Fortun Novo played forward. In the 36th minute, Froilan Viado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Cumaralito FC booed when Jogo Bonito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naike Gorron didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Carolo Lormendez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emenon Nobal. Carolo Lormendez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. When the final whistle sounded Cumaralito FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jogo Bonito.
