Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) La Banda's Xzavaier Copeiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5thth minute of the game Xinto Valenciano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Banda's Lertxun Seber was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lertxun Seber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donio Elorduy in the 6th minute of the match. Donio Elorduy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Lertxun Seber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Lizaso kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Basora's Xinto Valenciano got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donio Elorduy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lertxun Seber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, La Banda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xzavaier Copeiro to maneuver through the defense. Xinto Valenciano struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Lertxun Seber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Basora. The Basora fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Basora's Donio Elorduy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Xinto Valenciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donio Elorduy in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lertxun Seber saved La Banda from getting behind. After 27 played minutes La Banda got a freekick which was hit by Xzavaier Copeiro. La Banda's Lertxun Seber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donio Elorduy in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donio Elorduy in the 31st minute of play forced La Banda's goalkeeper Lertxun Seber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lertxun Seber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xinto Valenciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 35 minutes, Xinto Valenciano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Basora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xinto Valenciano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Donio Elorduy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Basora's supporters rose to their feet, but Donio Elorduy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lertxun Seber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Lertxun Seber made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donio Elorduy in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute Xinto Valenciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lertxun Seber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Basora booed when La Banda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Ursueguia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, La Banda's goalkeeper Lertxun Seber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donio Elorduy. With a little luck, La Banda's Lertxun Seber got control of the ball when Donio Elorduy tried to sneak it across the goal line. The nice shot from Donio Elorduy in the 58thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Lertxun Seber had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Lertxun Seber didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donio Elorduy went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to La Banda getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Xzavaier Copeiro hit a great ball. Lertxun Seber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xinto Valenciano in the 65th minute of the match. Lertxun Seber was a little too slow when Xinto Valenciano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-3. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Lertxun Seber successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of La Banda booed when Basora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quilo Estramiana didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to La Banda getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Xzavaier Copeiro hit a great ball. Xinto Valenciano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Lertxun Seber made a huge save. After 87 minutes, Tito Portal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Basora and the La Banda players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Basora got a freekick which was hit by Tito Portal. Lertxun Seber made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donio Elorduy in the 90th minute. Donio Elorduy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xinto Valenciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Lertxun Seber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lertxun Seber came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Basora's Donio Elorduy. But to his dismay, Donio Elorduy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.
