Ciano Mendoza started the match with the kick off. When Zarzurro's Edorta Salvia in 8 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Lano Tijera guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edorta Salvia in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lano Tijera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Urtats Araico charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urtats Araico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for RIOCAM! A collision led to Zarzurro getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Federico Rioja hit a great ball. The Zarzurro fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Zarzurro's Cristofol Berdugo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Cristofol Berdugo came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Zarzurro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristofol Berdugo couldn't finish the play. Cristofol Berdugo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hondo Vilela came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Zarzurro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hondo Vilela couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Zarzurro getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Dario Velez hit a great ball. After 41 played minutes Zarzurro got a freekick which was hit by Ramone Davalos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciano Mendoza in the 48th minute of play forced Zarzurro's goalkeeper Xosepe Bueldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

RIOCAM's Lano Tijera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save RIOCAM from getting a goal against them. Cristofol Berdugo succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Ciano Mendoza struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Xosepe Bueldi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RIOCAM. After a rather tough play, Zarzurro's Federico Rioja got a free kick in the 83rd minute. If Ciano Mendoza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristofol Berdugo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, RIOCAM's goal looked a bit too open when Hondo Vilela came free, but Lano Tijera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Steven Teran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xosepe Bueldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zarzurro played a much better game than RIOCAM and deserved their victory. The RIOCAM players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
