Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Alicante FC's Macerio Traus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of HAMC United booed when Alicante FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helder Herrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alicante FC's Karlo Lama proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Alicante FC from getting a goal against them. Ildephonso Olarte's late challenge caught a Alicante FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ildephonso Olarte helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, HAMC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildephonso Olarte to maneuver through the defense. But to his dismay, Gutierrre Urquiza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.
