Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Venceslao Canonega started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Xacintu Morua didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jose Erauzquin went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Angelia's Leonardo Ovalle got a free kick in the 8th minute. Justino Cores fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xamo Buison having to interfere. Aresti Pumarejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xacintu Morua made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Fermin Mayen sent off a good shot on target. Venceslao Canonega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Aresti Pumarejo made a precise shot to the right of Xamo Buison. Santafe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Fermin Mayen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xacintu Morua having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Angelia got a freekick which was hit by Millrick Cortes. The supporters of Santafe booed when Angelia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batista Almazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ralondo Meneses took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xacintu Morua. Angelia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 46th minute Fermin Mayen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xacintu Morua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

52 minutes into the match, Angelia's Jaizki Ibar broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Xacintu Morua came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Santafe's Venceslao Canonega. But to his dismay, Venceslao Canonega quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 69th minute, Venceslao Canonega left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santafe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Venceslao Canonega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Xacintu Morua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelia's Xacintu Morua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venceslao Canonega in the 81st minute of play. If Justino Cores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Santafe getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Jose Erauzquin hit a great ball. After taking down the ball on Angelia's corner Jaizki Ibar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Xamo Buison quite easily take care of the ball.
