Florencio Quejana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Bailina made a kick off. Club Social's Chano Quintana got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. The referee ordered Chano Quintana off the ground. Gelacio Armental's shot from long distance in the 54th minute was not bad at all, but Club Social's Florencio Quejana knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. A collision led to Club Social getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. In the 59th minute, Club Social's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristiano Messi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Perico Merecilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Quejana having to interfere. GAMBOYS's Perico Merecilla got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristiano Messi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Quejana having to interfere. Perico Merecilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Florencio Quejana made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Club Social's zone, Cristiano Messi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florencio Quejana came out of the goal and Cristiano Messi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded GAMBOYS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Social.
