The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eliseo Vergara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ordono Carcamo, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ocete's zone, Ordono Carcamo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Vergara came out of the goal and Ordono Carcamo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlando Icazate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froila Urraca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Ocete defense, Gregorio Mujal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliseo Vergara. The Ocete fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliseo Vergara should have stopped the shot. Gregorio Mujal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Orlando Icazate managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Ocete's Tiago Aladro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eneko Rebolloso's late challenge caught a Ocete's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eneko Rebolloso helped the player get up and apologised. Eneko Rebolloso kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Froila Urraca rounded Ruash's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Eliseo Vergara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Calvon in the 42nd minute of play. Froila Urraca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ocete's goalkeeper Eliseo Vergara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ordono Carcamo in the 48th minute of play forced Ocete's goalkeeper Eliseo Vergara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ruash booed when Ocete was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Imanol Perdices didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliseo Vergara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ordono Carcamo in the 59th minute of the match. With his leg Eliseo Vergara managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Ruash's Gregorio Mujal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ruash's Gregorio Mujal was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 62nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Gregorio Mujal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Vergara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregorio Mujal in the 68th minute. When Gregorio Mujal came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Ruash fans jumped to their feet. Ruash's Gregorio Mujal got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Ocete's goalkeeper Eliseo Vergara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregorio Mujal. Gregorio Mujal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Eliseo Vergara made a huge save. If Gregorio Mujal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ordono Carcamo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eliseo Vergara came out and tried to block the shot, but Ordono Carcamo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 91st minute. When the final whistle sounded Ruash left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ocete.
