One of Tonali FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of IND MEDELLIN:s goal. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for IND MEDELLIN. Luar Yurre stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Americo Olivan. 1-1. After 80 minutes of play, IND MEDELLIN's James Ventosa made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Americo Olivan was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in IND MEDELLIN's zone, Eskuin Flor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrao Pijuan came out of the goal and Eskuin Flor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Felipillo Farre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, IND MEDELLIN's goal looked a bit too open when Uxio Tovilleja came free, but Conrao Pijuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tonali FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uxio Tovilleja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
