Spectators: 7450 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 150) IND MEDELLIN's James Ventosa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrao Lavega in the 4th minute of play forced Juvenil FC's goalkeeper Cordairo Canto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, IND MEDELLIN's Conrao Pijuan got control of the ball when Virgilio Mori tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Juvenil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yoel Loaisa to maneuver through the defense. Luar Yurre, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Yoel Loaisa kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Cocolina during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of IND MEDELLIN booed when Juvenil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Cocolina didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 played minutes, IND MEDELLIN's Luar Yurre shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cordairo Canto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in IND MEDELLIN reached it. Cordairo Canto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gora Berroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Juvenil FC's Cordairo Canto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Ventosa in the 23rd minute of play. Jorge Cocolina hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Conrao Pijuan made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Virgilio Mori sent off a good shot on target. 29 minutes into the game, Carlo Archimbaud was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IND MEDELLIN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juvenil FC the free kick. Carlo Archimbaud hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Juvenil FC's Orzaize Lozano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 43 minutes into the match, IND MEDELLIN's goal looked a bit too open when Orzaize Lozano came free, but Conrao Pijuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Orzaize Lozano made the kick off in the second half. James Ventosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Cordairo Canto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Ventosa in the 55th minute of play forced Juvenil FC's goalkeeper Cordairo Canto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilio Mori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Conrao Pijuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Conrao Lavega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind IND MEDELLIN's goalkeeper Conrao Pijuan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gora Berroa took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cordairo Canto. Cordairo Canto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After some careless play in the Juvenil FC defense, Gora Berroa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cordairo Canto. The Juvenil FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cordairo Canto should have stopped the shot. Conrao Pijuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orzaize Lozano in the 72nd minute of play. After 77 minutes, Oinaz Chandeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juvenil FC and the IND MEDELLIN players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Oinaz Chandeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute Silverio Macias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordairo Canto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgilio Mori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlo Archimbaud kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Orzaize Lozano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Conrao Pijuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orzaize Lozano in the 91st minute of play forced IND MEDELLIN's goalkeeper Conrao Pijuan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. IND MEDELLIN had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
