Laurin Herbi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xarles Arango's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Sal Llosa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laurin Herbi. kobra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sal Llosa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Xarles Arango might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laurin Herbi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xarles Arango ran back to his position shaking his head. Kimetz Serantes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Aldo Maceira made a huge save. Aldo Maceira made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Santxo Armoña sent off a good shot on target. 2-1 became the score in the 29th minute when Fortunato Ortega elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Kimetz Serantes kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in nacional pon's zone, Fortunato Ortega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Maceira came out of the goal and Fortunato Ortega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Felix Villela managed to get in a good position for a shot. nacional pon's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Villela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurin Herbi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sal Llosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Laurin Herbi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fortunato Ortega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fortunato Ortega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santxo Armoña to strike the kick off in the second half. Aldo Maceira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santxo Armoña in the 52nd minute of play. Laurin Herbi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Villela showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 59 minute of play. kobra FC's Kimetz Serantes got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the game, Santxo Armoña cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. After having played for 92 minutes, Xarles Arango managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. nacional pon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xarles Arango was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xarles Arango got free with Laurin Herbi in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Felix Villela took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Laurin Herbi to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. nacional pon had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
